Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations & Refunds
– 50% refund if canceled more than 24 hours in advance
– No refund if canceled within 24 hours
– No-shows are non-refundable
– Prepayment required to confirm

2. Non-Medical Service Disclaimer
– Services are non-clinical and do not include medical staff
– Stretcher transport is comfort-based only

3. Liability Waiver
– SCC is not liable for medical events during transit
– Not responsible for delays from traffic/weather
– Not liable for personal property
– SCC may refuse unsafe riders
– Client waives liability and agrees to indemnify SCC

4. Passenger Conduct
– Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in service denial

5. Scheduling & Wait Times
– Wait time beyond 15 minutes may incur extra charges or cancellation
